CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) GUIDELINES
The health and wellbeing of my clients remains my highest priority.
During the increase restriction I will continue to provide services where possible.

Common questions about Stage 4 restrictions: renovations underway
One of the most common questions we've encountered is if renovations can continue if work on them has already begun.
Residential and commercial services that were booked before 5pm 3 August and are scheduled to be carried out before 5pm 17 August, that are essential to the wellbeing or livelihood of the occupants will be permitted.
In the scenario of a bathroom renovation, you would need to do the minimum required to ensure the client bathroom provides a basic bathing/toilet facility and is safe. In a kitchen renovation, you would need to do the minimum required to ensure the client kitchen provides basic water and cooking functions and is safe.
In these and any other similar scenario, you will need separate work arrangements from domestic arrangements as far a reasonably practicable and all activity will be subject to a High-Risk COVIDSafe Plan.
You can be certain that Master Builders Victoria is continuing to work with the state government to achieve clarity on all Stage 4 requirements that affect members and their businesses. We will communicate updates as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, we are also in regular conversation with the media, helping to highlight the difficulties posed by the new worksite staff and movement restrictions, which have made trading impractical for so many in our industry. CEO Rebecca Casson spoke with 7News about this today.

I am not accepting cash payments through this period. On-line payments only.
